VW Jetta 1.4TSI Downpipe & Cat-back Customization

The Mk6 VW Jetta 1.4TSI is at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays for the full exhaust upgrades and we have supplied the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe and installed the custom made Cat-Back Exhaust System, to improve the performance of the engine and also add some sport exhaust note to it!


Pictured below, the Mk6 VW Jetta 1.4TSI factory stock original downpipe (RIGHT) vs. the sport Downpipe from SUPERCIRCUIT (LEFT).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Sport Downpipe is catless and promotes better exhaust flow, hence more horsepower and torque. It is ideal for ecu remapping or tuning purposes.


Right after the downpipe is the Cat-back Exhaust System as shown in the picture below. We replaced the factory stock original one to a full stainless steel cat-back exhaust system for smoother exhaust flow and sportier exhaust note!


The complete exhaust system fabricated to the Mk6 VW Jetta 1.4TSI below is fully fabricated in grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

Toyota Estima 2.4 (ACR50) Exhaust Headers

We have just installed the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header to the 3rd generation Toyota Estima 2.4L (ACR50, 2006-2015) here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.


This catless SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header is designed to remove the restriction on the factory stock orignal one and to improve the exhaust flow efficiency for better engine output!

The below picture shows how the exhaust outlet ports look like on the 3rd generation Toyota Estima ACR30's 2.4L (2AZ-FE) after the factory original stock exhaust header is removed from it. We replaced it with the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header.


The catless free-flow SUPERCIRCUIT catless exhaust header (LEFT) VS. the Toyota Estima ACR30's 2.4L (2AZ-FE) factory stock original one (RIGHT).


The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header is made with grade 304 larger size mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The direct bolt-on SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header with larger size stainless steel pipes promotes better exhaust flow efficiency, hence a smoother engine output and performance can be achieved!

Ford Ranger Wildtrak 2.0 bi-turbo Downpipe

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe to yet another 2019- Ford Ranger WildTrak 2.0 bi-turbo here at our installation bays.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to Ford Ranger Wildtrak's 2.0 bi-turbo outlet, for a more direct and unrestricted exhaust flow, hence better low-end torque and higher horsepower!


The 2.0L bi-turbo diesel engine of the Ford Ranger WildTrak shown below.


The Ford Ranger Wildtrak's 2.0 bi-turbo factory stock original downpipe with a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application. No cut or weld is required during the installation.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the Ford Ranger Wildtrak's 2.0 bi-turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below, no mod is required for a lot better horsepower and torque!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is clamped onto the Ford Ranger Wildtrak's 2.0 bi-turbo outlet at the front and is fully compatible with the stock original catback exhaust system at the rear, no mod or cut is required during the installation.

BMW F30 320i (N20) Downpipe

Yet another BMW F30 320i with the turbo charged N20B20 engine is at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe installation.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe featured here is specially developed for the N20B20 turbo charged BMW F30 320i engine, to promote better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling and better torque at lower end. Great for tuning or ecu remapping!

This is how the turbo outlet of the BMW F30 320i (N20B20 engine) looks like after the factory stock downpipe is removed.


The factory stock original downpipe is secured to the turbo outlet via a metal exhaust clamp which can be removed fairly easily.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange for direct bolt-on application.


This SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct clamp-on to the BMW F30 320i (N20) exhaust outlet at the top, then slot onto the original cat-back exhaust system with the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below, no mod or cut is required during the installation.

BMW E92 335i (N54 twin-turbo) Downpipes

At the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays is the BMW E92 335i with the N54 twin turbo engine and we have developed and installed a set of catless downpipes for her.


The factory stock original downpipe can be accessed fairly easily from the undercarriage of the BMW E92 335i as indicated in the picture below.
 

The below picture shows how the two outlets of the twin turbos on the BMW E92 335i's N54 engine after the factory stock original downpipes are removed.


The factory stock original downpipes which come with a huge catalytic converter at each side VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow catless donwpipeS in full grade 304 stainless steel.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes are fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes are installed to the BMW E92 335i without fuss, it is designed to bolt-on straight to the factory stock N54's turbo outlets at the front and matched with the factory stock origingal cat-back exhaust system at the back as shown in the pictures below.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes are designed for better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling, lesser turbo lag, ideal for your BMW E92 335i (N54) Twin-turbo's ecu remapping or tuning needs!

Ford Mustang GT 5.0 Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another 6th gen. Ford Mustang GT (S550) 5.0 V8 with the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are designed specially for the Ford Mustang GT (S550)'s 5.0L Coyote V8, which is capable of 412hp and 529Nm of torque at max. as claimed by the manufacturer.


The tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers vs. the Ford Mustang V8 5.0L factory stock original headers. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT headers are made from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC-machined flanges.

The tuned-length primary pipes of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers allow the exhaust gas to flow smoother and efficiently.



The SUPERCIRCUIT headers are made from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC-machined flanges.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are designed for the RHD Ford Mustang GT 5.0 V8 and is for direct bolt-on application. No cut or weld is required during the installation.
