BMW G30 530i Downpipe

Having probably the largest collection of aftermarket performance downpipes for BMW in the region, we have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes to the BMW F10 with various engine sizes i.e. 520i (N20B20 engine), 523i (N52B25 engine), 535i (N55B30 engine), 528i (N20B20 engine) & M5 (N63 engine).

Here is the new BMW 5-series, the G30 530i (B48B20 engine) with the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe installed:




The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe as shown with the red marker in the picture below, is fully compatible with the factory stock cat-back exhaust system of the BMW G30 530i, just direct bolt-on.




The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe which is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flange for direct bolt-on application is a lot less restrictive compared to the factory original BMW G30 530i downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter as shown in the picture below.



The picture below shows how the turbo outlet of the B48B20 turbo charged in-line 4-cylinder engine of the BMW G30 530i after the original downpipe is removed from it. 




The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the turbo outlet of the BMW G30 530i (B48B20). No mod or cut is required during the installation.



The catless downpipe is ideal for ecu remapping and tuning needs, it allows the exhaust gas to flow freely and less restrictive, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag.
